Sotomayor Reversed by Supreme Court in Ricci Case!!!!!!!

In a major blow to racists like Supreme Court nominee Sonia Sotomayor and President 0bama, the Supreme Court of the United States has ruled that white firefighters were unfairly denied promotions by the City of New Haven due to their race.

The flipflopper Kennedy got one right this time. And I can tell which justices voted which way without even looking. With the majority: Alito, Roberts, Thomas, Scalia. In dissent: Breyer, Ginsberg, Stevens, Souter.
