A Victory for Racial Justice
The "affirmative action" advocates are weeping the bitter tears of defeat today after the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals upheld the verdict that Orleans Parish prosecutor Eddie Jordan violated the civil rights of dozens of white employees when he fired them after taking office in 2003 and replaced them with black workers.
But of course, the left won't see it as a victory. They believe that it is perfectly OK to discriminate against whites, especially white males. In fact, many of them believe that it isn't discrimination at all. And even worse, they believe that people like me who protest against such discrimination are racists.
