London (Reuters) - Queen Elizabeth II shocked president 0bama and political observers on both sides of the pond today by announcing her candidacy for the Democratic nomination for US presidency in 2012. When questioned by an Associated Press reporter, she responded "This jive blood here thinks he can spend money faster than me? He's just an amateur".When asked about her platform, Mrs. Mountbatten said a top priority will be the nationalisation of the Dallas Cowboys and Boston Celtics, combined with caps on players' salaries.
President 0bama was reportedly too flabbergasted to comment.
