Elena Kagan: Legal Moonbat
0bama's latest appointment to the supreme court may have been dean of Harvard law school, but that didn't stop her from participating in a ridiculous court case. In Rumsfeld v. Forum for Academic and Institutional Rights (FAIR), Kagan and other law school deans claimed that if the federal government forced them to allow access to military recruiters who were looking for applicants to the military's Judge Advocate General staff, then it would violate their first amendment free speech rights!
Fortunately, the supreme court ruled unanimously against that ridiculous idea. Even the far-left moonbats on the court including Ginsberg, Breyer, Souter, and Stevens agreed that Kagan's arguments had no merit.
I am all for allowing gays in the military. But this is not how to do it. It is a clear example of why Kagan is not qualified to be on the supreme court.
