Ooo, well -- I always seem to be drawn to the Dutch artists for some reason -- anybody from van Eyck to Vermeer and, of course, Rembrandt. Some fantastic portraits by Dutch artists! :-) I also like the later Dutch painters from the Hague School -- Mesdag, for instance.

I had a couple of hours to kill once at Schiphol Airport in Amsterdam and spent the time at the Rijksmuseum there where they had an exhibit of Rembrandt woodcuttings. How civilized the Dutch are!; 9:25 PM
